First of all their office is GORGEOUS and so beautiful, you just want to hang out all day! I will do any and all closings in the future in their office! We recently sold two properties and used ANEW Realty and was impressed with their professionalism and how they were able to explain some of the complex aspects of the offers we received. I worked with Sami to sell my house when I moved out of the area a little over a year ago. Everything went smoothly and the house closed on time. Sami was great during this transaction. I was out of state while I ended up selling my house and Sami put up with a lot and really made the transaction as smooth as possible for me. So of course when moving back to the area I contacted Sami when I was looking for a new home.
Her responsiveness and how quickly she gets back to you whenever you have a question is great. Again, while I was doing the whole house buying, I was out of state and Sami was great to work with!

I HIGHLY recommend Sami Holmgren for your realtor! Buying and selling a house is so stressful. The timing has to be perfect, and it's crazy trying to get everything to line up the way you need it to. Sami is always so sweet and positive, very easy to work with, and she was ALWAYS a step ahead of everything. (She definitely knows what she's doing!) My sell was very frustrating because the other realtor was always busy or not available, or my buyers were dragging their feet and not getting things done on their end (which I believe was because the other realtor was not informing them of what needed to be done). Sami not only was a step ahead of the game getting my things scheduled and done and letting me know what I needed to do, but she also stepped in and did things to speed the process to make sure the buyers were getting things done as well. I will forever recommend Sami to everyone when they are looking to buy or sell a home. She sold my home faster than expected, and we sold it for $18,000 more than anyone told us we would. If you are looking to purchase or sell a home in the Tipton, In area, I encourage you to consider Brenda Noble at RE/MAX ANEW REALTY. Over 12 weeks we looked at 12 houses, wrote 4 offers and are scheduled to close on our new home very soon. I think you'll have a hard time finding a Realtor with more impressive work ethic. Brenda was always very flexible about scheduling showings and quick to get answers to our requested info. She was always readily available for clear communication from early in the morning until late in the evening 7 days a week. She never let us feel like we were being inconvenient or too fussy. She always seemed like she was honestly enjoying her work and eager to help us with any inquiries we had. Brenda was always professional, hard working and friendly. Kim sold my Mothers house in 3 days. Very professional! She was always in contact with me with any updates, etc. She explained everything to us so we knew exactly what was going on with the process and explained all paperwork to us before we would sign anything. She was referred to us by a friend of mine. We don't live in the same town where the house we being sold. She told me from the very start she would try to make the process as seamless as possible. She went out of her way to help with some personal touches which you don't find anymore. The closing process was simple. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
